Hi all, here are some books that I've been reading that I found really helpful.
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Why - because time moves so fast once you hit middle age and this really helps you experience the moment like children do.
The Anti-Aging Solution by Vincent Giampapa MD Why - the DNA Repair thing makes sense to me.
Ageless Face, Ageless Mind, Nicholas Perricone MD Why - I enjoyed this book as I have read a lot about AGEs and glycation and I know Rosina has too. He explains them well.
Adrenal Fatigue, the 21st Century Stress Syndrome by Jim Wilson, N.D. Why - I had fatigued adrenals and was put on natural medication for it. I now feel years younger.
I am just reading Rosina's recommendation, Younger Next Year for Women. It is very good and motivating. I believe that a young mind leads to a young body for sure. So many people act like old people as soon as they reach middle age.

Younger Next Year and The Power of Now sound like books I would like. This one isn't anti-aging but The Truth About Beauty by Kat James is one I own and refer to often. It is about transforming your looks and life from the inside out. She also has a website(informedbeauty.com) but it isn't updated often.
