I love the pouches either side under my lower lip. They soften my otherwise angular face and give my lips a pouty look. I've read many posts of ladies wanting to get rid of theirs and I also started to think negatively - that they weren't an asset - but I now realise they add beauty to my face. Long may they continue to thrive!

Could you please explain what lip pouches are, Miranda?

Hi Rosina,
I'll try to explain as well as I can. Looking at my lower lip, there is a little bulge (or pouch) each side running from the lowest part of my lip out towards the corner of my mouth. It's sort of like an eye bag but with stronger skin! Um....still not explaining well am I. I've just tried to google a picture of someone with them but there wasn't any! And I've no idea how to add my own pic. I guess if you have them, you'll know what I mean!

I know what you mean, Miranda. I thought these were desirable as they make the lip look pouty and fuller (even though they are outside the vermilion border).

I am always too quick to say what I don't like about myself and it was hard to pick something I like. I guess I like my lips. They are full (but not too full) and I don't have lines around them (yet). They usually are a rosey color unless I'm not feeling well.
